Nigel Cabourn Aircraft Jacket's have landed

Nigel Cabourn's authentic range is a limited capsule collection that draws upon fabrics and garments from his rare and exclusive archive. This archive consists of over three thousand pieces, mostly inspired from military uniform from the 1940s and 1950s. The Aircraft Jacket is a hooded short jacket made from an oil cloth fabric that is coated in refined oil for ultimate waterproofing. This technique was originally used by British fireman to repel against the harsh British seas. The peaked hood and hem are adjustable with waxed drawstring and fisherman knot pulls. The jacket has raglan sleeves, slanted hip pockets, underarm eyelet vents and an adjustable press stud cuff. The SS12 collection is dubbed 'Desert Rats' and draws its inspiration on clothing worn by the 7th Armoured Division and its officer, Field Marshall Montgomery.

Converse’s foundations lie firmly in Sport. Basketball star Chuck Taylor put his name to the ‘All Star’ court shoe back in the 1920s and the slightly revamped style continues to be a worldwide bestseller today. The following decade, World Champion Badminton player, Jack Purcell put his signature to his badminton shoe. To this day the sneaker retains the legacy of its namesake. It is a more ‘grown up’ trainer than the Chuck Taylor and is instantly recognisable with the ‘smile’ adorning its toe unit. The sole is rubber, and the upper canvas, but the shoe is available in a multitude of fabrics including a shirting fabric and suede. A pair of Jack Purcell’s perfectly complements today’s menswear trend.

Our first Spring/Summer 12 drop of Pretty Green, founded by ex-Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, certainly delivered a little bit of sunshiiine this week. Some great Summery striped t-shirts in hues of sky blue and mint green are stand outs and are supplemented by clean looking golfing polo shirts in black, navy and sky blue and camo logo printed t-shirts.

Burkman Bros S/S12 Collection Now Online

Canadian clothing designer siblings, the Burkman Bros, Doug and Ben, took an interest in fashion from an early age. Their first paid position was at American apparel giants Gap where they honed their skills and talents and learned which trends and fabrics worked well in design. Using this knowledge the brothers decided to set up their own brand and hence Burkman Bros was born. New into Six Whiting Street for Spring 2012, we have a fine selection of Burkman Bros shorts, shirts and t-shirts available.

New Delivery Of Trainerspotter

Launched seven years ago, Trainerspotter was created by two young fashion enthusiasts who had a passion for streetwear and vintage sneakers. Daniel Savory and Russell Gater are the brains behind this exciting young commercially priced streetwear brand. Having continued to successfully improve their collection year upon year while growing their retail network, Trainerspotter is now sold across the globe, including the UK, USA and Japan, and quickly developed its own cult following.

New Minimum Chinos

Minimum was established in 1997 by Peder Tang as a small retail store in the centre of Aarhus, Denmark. The Marshall Artist S/S12 Collection Has Landed

We've taken delivery of our Spring/Summer 2012 Marshall Artist collection and it's now available online. Since the brand was founded in 2000, London-based brand Marshall Artist has developed a strong following for its contemporary range of quality, functional clothing with a classic aesthetic. With an ecletic mix of bold checks, vintage floral prints and the return of the nautical jacket in a lightweight waxed cotton, fused with Marshall Artist's customary detailing, this season is set to be their strongest yet.
