For security reasons we reserve the right to refuse a change in the delivery address, but on certain occasions we may be able to do so.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order before we ship, the sooner you let us know the better. Contact sales@sixwhitingstreet.co.ukor +44 1284 769886 with your order details as soon as possible. Once your parcel has been despatched, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. We will, of course, accept a return, but the postage & return costs are the customers.

YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A FAULTY ITEM?
Contact our sales team immediately. Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will refund you for the faulty item, any delivery charges and the postage costs incurred by you in returning the item.

IF WE HAVE SENT YOU THE WRONG ITEM?
Please follow the returns procedure and we will reimburse you with any postage costs incurred by you and send you the correct item.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RE STOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
We try to restock popular items that are available from suppliers each season. If we are out of stock in an item you’re after, please contact us and we will do our best to secure the item for you.

MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT, CAN YOU ORDER ME ONE FROM THE MANUFACTURER?
We try our best to keep all sizes in stock as long as possible, but sizes can sell out earlier than expected. We recommend you register for our newsletter & brand updates so you don’t miss out on fast selling lines.

CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH MEASUREMENTS OF A GARMENT?
If you request any measurements by phone or email, we will provide you with them gladly.

HOW DO I KNOW MY FOOTWEAR SIZE?
The footwear sold on our site are all converted to UK sizes.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE IN JEANS?
The jeans are all converted to UK sizes. Regular legs are generally 32in. Long legs are generally 34in. A member of our staff will gladly provide you with exact measurements upon request.

CAN YOU ORDER SOMETHING IN FOR ME SPECIALLY?
If you contact us, we will try to do our best for you.

I PURCHASED AN ITEM WHICH IS NOW CHEAPER IN THE SALE, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
We understand this can be annoying, but unfortunately this is the nature of sale. We are unable to refund any further markdowns. You may return the item for a refund and re purchase at the markdown price. Please note, there is a chance somebody else will buy the item. All shipping costs are also paid by the customer.
