Lyle & Scott Vintage

A proud, 130-year history of craftsmanship and an absolute refusal to compromise on quality has given Lyle & Scott one of the most envied reputations in knitwear. The original home of the company is in the Scottish Borders’ town of Harwick, where the brand built its reputation by producing authentic Scottish knitwear. The company launched its first golf range of clothing in 1967 with the distinctive ‘Golden Eagle’ embroidered logo. The range was an immediate success with the professionals and consequently became a big hit with the public.

Lyle & Scott is one of the few independent sports brands to have made a successful crossover onto the high street and the brand is now considered to be a mark of urban chic. At home both on the driving range and in a trendy night-club, Lyle & Scott continues to be the name that represents generations of skill, fine craftsmanship and quality with contemporary style.
