We will refund any items purchased, unworn/unused, in their original condition, complete with original tickets and tags still attached, if they are returned within 14 days of despatch.

All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. Please ensure that all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit. If returning footwear make sure the box is well protected as it forms part of the product. Any damage may result in a refund being refused. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
